Dave Kunkel

Dave Kunkel founded Kunkel Commercial Group after 20 years of experience in all aspects of commercial real estate including sales, leasing, tenant representation, development and property management. Before KCG, Dave was vice president of a local commercial real estate company where he brought a customer-centered approach in providing sales, leasing and property management services.

Prior to that Dave worked in St. Louis for Scott Properties where he leased and managed a million square feet plus of medical, office, retail and industrial space. Earlier in his career, Dave worked for Trammel Crow Company where he was responsible for maintaining in excess of 6 million square feet of office, retail and industrial space.

Dave holds a Bachelor Degree from SIU-Carbondale and currently resides in Shiloh with his wife, Gail and son Travis.
