have specific and sometimes unique requirements. This
works well for clients with little or no experience
with the development process and can find the idea of
developing their own facility quite daunting. We take
the mystery out of the development process by performing
all due diligence, assisting with the land purchase
if necessary, navigating the approval process with the
local municipality, overseeing the design and construction
of the building and finally managing and leasing the
building upon completion if needed.
This can be done on a fee basis, where the client chooses
to retain ownership of the project or more commonly
in exchange for a long term lease. |
