Kelly Hulvey joined Kunkel Commercial Group in 2007 as an Associate and Operations Assistant. In addition to sales and leasing in the St. Clair County region, her day-to-day tasks vary widely and include assisting with building management, coordination of marketing efforts, maintaining accurate listings, database management and much more.

Kelly has an extensive background in customer relations. Her friendly personality and desire to assist her clients makes her an invaluable member of the KCG team. She makes sure to thoroughly understand each client’s unique requirements and remains focused on those requirements until the perfect real estate solution is found. The tenants' needs at the properties she helps manage are always handled timely and completely.

Kelly attended Kaskaskia College and resides in Highland with her husband, Brian, and sons, Chandler and Drew.
