Bringing more than a decade of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Kris Oestringer joined Kunkel Commercial Group as a Leasing Associate in 2007. She works from a satellite office in Highland & focuses primarily on the Madison County region.

Kris’s outgoing & professional style builds instant rapport with clients. She enjoys discovering the specific needs of each client and does whatever it takes to help him/her find the perfect real estate solution.

Kris began her career in the St. Louis commercial real estate market working with May Department Stores and Jeff Eisenberg & Associates. Prior to joining KCG, she was the Commercial Property Manager at Terra Properties, Inc. in Highland, where she managed property, negotiated leases and maintained positive tenant relations.

Kris attended Saint Louis University. She lives in Highland with her husband, Dan, and two sons, Landyn and Logan.
