Linda joined the Kunkel Commercial team in 2007. Building on a strong background as Director of Business Development for a consulting environmental/geotechnical engineering firm and land developer, it was destined for Linda to find her niche as an agent in the commercial real estate industry. Linda’s tenacity, strong communication skills and knowledge of county/municipal/government building and zoning regulations and incentives enables her to effectively assist her clients as buyers, sellers and/or landlords/tenants. Her clients include developers, large corporations, medical groups, various business owners and individual investors. Linda is a native of Belleville and resides in Swansea. She served two years as president of the Swansea Chamber of Commerce, is a Rotarian and past board member of St. Clair County Rotary (West), an associate member of the Southwestern IL Council of Mayors and serves on the Advisory Council of St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Belleville. She is a member of the St. Louis Regional Commerce Growth Associations and the Chambers of Commerce in Belleville, Fairview Heights and O’Fallon, Ill.
