What We Do
Kunkel Commercial Group is the commercial division of Kunkel Wittenauer Group, serving businesses and investors across Metro East Illinois. We offer two core services: commercial sales and leasing brokerage, and full-service commercial property management. Our team works with buyers, sellers, tenants, landlords, and property owners across Madison, St. Clair, Clinton, and Monroe counties, handling everything from complex transactions to the day-to-day realities of owning commercial real estate.
Commercial Sales and Leasing
Our broker team specializes in office, medical, retail, industrial, land, and farm ground. We help you define your requirements, assemble a report of options, coordinate property tours, and represent you through every negotiation, offer, and contract. Time matters in commercial transactions, and we move with urgency while making sure every detail is handled correctly.
Commercial Property Management
Owning commercial property comes with a long list of responsibilities. Our property management team takes that list off your hands. Services include rent collection and processing, CAM reconciliations, monthly financial reports, year-end statements and tax reporting, maintenance coordination with 24/7 emergency service, and security camera and key fob monitoring. You stay focused on your investment. We handle everything else.
